No updates due to severe delays – will be recorded instead
We are announcing big news as the class 395 was released less than a week ago for grand continental railways and therefore a new railtour has been planned around this event.
The ralitour is scheduled to depart at 19:00 GMT on the 22nd of December 2023 but is subject to change. The 1st stop on our journey is from Renford Central. 5R17 is an ECS move from Renford depot.
The tour will be about 2 – 2.5 hours long taking you down the new renford branch at speed whilst also taking you down most electrified lines. The only branches we do not cover are the Landfield north branch and the Stoneycombe branch which is non electrified.
As this is a train designed for highspeed we very rarely stop at intermediate stops along the way. A service schedule can be found below without times as they are subject to change even on the day. The timetable will not have any times written on it, instead we will keep the website updated on the day with the location of the train.
